If you’re visiting this site then you’re most likely planning your big day, so first off - Congratulations!

Out of the many decisions you will need to make to create your perfect day, I hope that once you’ve looked at my site, choosing your wedding photographer will be an easy one.

Why should you hire me?

As amazing as your big day will be, it will inevitably come with an element of stress. My job as your wedding photographer is to make sure that one thing you don’t have to worry about is knowing that all your memories from the day will be captured for you to look back on and cherish.

I have a real passion for photographing people, and what better people could there be to photograph, than two people in love, on the happiest day of their lives? Being able to record the day for you, and transform all those little moments into a selection of stills frozen in time forever, is a huge privilege and a responsibility I will never take lightly.

Why do I love wedding photography?

Although I’ve been a photographer for years I never dreamt I would become a wedding photographer - until I got married! I enjoyed every second of the day. There was laughter, tears and such an overwhelming feeling of happiness! My wife and I regularly look back at our own wedding album and having all our memories documented for us to look back on has made me really appreciate the role of the wedding photographer in a whole new way.

Since then I have dedicated my time to learning everything I can about the “craft” of wedding photography, fine tuning my skills and experience of photographing people to ensure that I can capture the best images possible from your big day.

What’s my style?

I’m a big believer in using available light whenever possible and creating a natural style photography, how ever if need be im more than happy to get out a speed light or two.

I won’t spend the day yelling at your guests but I'm loud enough to be heard when some organisation is needed to quickly fire off some group shots for you.

I don't do cheesy images! So if you want selective colour and dodgy photoshop work etc – I’m probably not the photographer for you. For the most part of the day I will stay out of your guests way, keeping in the background capturing all those special happy moments. Every part of your day will be documented from getting ready to the first dance. Think of me as your digital story teller for the day.

At some point following the ceremony I will ask you to take 20 minutes away from your guests when we can capture some special moments together.

To get a real flavour of my style, please spend some time looking at my gallery, and if you like what you see get in touch!

After the big day I will send you a password protected gallery containing about 300 images (often more) from the day. All of them consistently edited to my very high standards. All the images are available for you to download with no watermarks. You will be given a low resolution set and a high resolution set. Low res images are great for web and social media, high res for printing. After the wedding I aim to have your gallery finished around four weeks after the wedding.

On-line slideshow gallery - this lets you share your images with friends in a handy one click way.

Printing – You can order any prints you want directly from my website – but there is no obligation to do this. You won’t be tied into any minimum orders or an album. The print labs I use are some of the best photography print labs in the UK.

Price - All day coverage plus all the above is £700

Optional Extras

Travel - If it’s feasible for me to travel there and back in the day then I don't charge travel expenses. If I have to travel far and wide (which I’m happy to do) then I may need to add a night’s accommodation.

Engagement shoot - This is a great way to get to know each other and have some fun along the way.

Second Shooter - Dependant on availability I do sometimes work with another wedding photographer.

Album - I work with some great print labs and will happily work with you to put together a beautiful album. Digital files are nice to look at on a screen but nothing beats a printed album.

What now?

If you like what you see and read, and think we would click – please get in touch, I’d love to hear from you!
